GENERAL

The website House of Manica is owned and operated by Manica Zmauc s.p. and complies with the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia.

 

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.
Payment is made via pro forma invoice.

 

PRICES

All prices are listed in EUR.
We are not subject to VAT (Article 94 of the Slovenian VAT Act – ZDDV-1).

DELIVERY TIME

The standard delivery time for items is up to 3 working days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated for a specific product.

If the item cannot be shipped within the promised time, you will be notified by email.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and for any decrease in the product’s value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature and function.

COMPLAINTS

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
